PROCESSING TIME
Once we have received your payment, we will send your order confirmation via e-mail.
The item will be shipped in two business days.
For domestic orders, our delivery takes 1-4 business days.
For international orders, our delivery takes 2-7 business days.
The orders will be shipped by Colissimo transporter.
SHIPPING FEES
The shipping fees are following:
9 euros for domestic orders.
18 euros for international orders in Europe.
24 euros for overseas international orders including United States, Asia, Africa and Australia.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
DUTIES & TAXES
We are not responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges for international shipments. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
